Starting the refuelling process & Wellhead selection
02 Customers can refuel at any fuel dispenser at the petrol station. In the user interface, they have to select one of the pumps marked Available. It is important to remember the number after the #, as the system will start the automatic refuelling process at the selected pump. During the first automatic refuelling, customers should be reminded to park at the selected pump and start refuelling on the appropriate side of the fuel dispenser.
Select payment method & Enter amount
04 Once they have selected their payment method and pump, they must select or enter the value of the fuel they wish to refuel. Based on the amount they have entered, the vending machine’s graphical interface will display the amount of each type of fuel that can be purhcased for the value they have entered. If they would like to fill their vehicle’s fuel tank full, they can select the Fulltank option. They will then be asked to select the type of vehicle they are arriving with – i.e. motorbike, car or van – and to choose from the options displayed, providing information on the approximate amount of fuel left in their vehicle’s tank. Based on the information received, the system estimates the expected refuelling, which can then be manually adjusted.
Payment & Select receipt type / request invoice
06 It is possible to request an invoice before starting the refuelling, immediately after depositing cash or after paying by credit card. After payment, a new page of the user interface will automatically appear on the display, allowing customers to select the type of receipt. When requesting an invoice, they must select the Invoice option and then enter the company’s tax number, which will be used by our system to automatically fill in the details to be included on the invoice, if the number is in our database. If our system does not automatically recognise the tax number entered, the customer will need to enter the business details on the touch screen of the AllPay outdoor payment terminal (OPT) to request the invoice.
Start refuelling & End/interrupt refuelling
08 The process is automatically finished when the set quantity has been filled. If the customer wishes to purchase less fuel than the preset amount, he/she has to return the nozzle to the fuel pump when the car’s fuel tank reaches the desired level. The refuelling process can be interrupted manually at any time.
Return & Print receipt/invoice
10 Our system issues a receipt for the purchase at the end of the process. If the customer has requested a receipt or invoice, he/she has to wait for the AllPay outdoor payment terminal (OPT) to print it.
